The Company is organized on three geographic areas in U.S.A., South Africa (“SA”) and Canada respectively. The U.S.A., South Africa and Canada operations are the Company’s operating segments and reportable segments, and each of those segments are led by the Company’s CEO. Performance is assessed and resources are allocated by the CEO, whom we have determined to be the Company’s Chief Operating Decision Maker (CODM). Management evaluates the segments based primarily upon revenue and assets.
