(“SDI” or the “Company”) (CSE: SDZ) (OTCQB: SDEV), an emerging non-lethal technology company, will host its Annual Shareholder Meeting on December 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time at the Sheraton Four Points in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Management will provide an overview of the Company's business during the annual shareholder meeting followed by a question and answer session.

During the AGM the Company will have a live simulcast from Thomasville, North Carolina, home of Rick Ware Racing and the #51 Byrna NASCAR Chevrolet.
